fire bokeh
Whew! Almost went two whole days without posting some bokeh!
Much of the bokeh I get is what I would characterize as ‘cheater bokeh’ – I create it by taking the lens out of focus for the entire photo, as opposed to focusing on one specific thing and letting the rest of the picture go out of focus on its own. I should be doing it like this or this and less like what you see above. Better yet, maybe I’ll stop over-analyzing it, because bokeh is crazy delicious no matter how it’s created!

Went to retake the skyline picture that I tried back in March – I think this came out a bit better! Lower ISO, more exposure – so less noise as far as I can tell. A tad blurred though…we’ll be making another nighttime visit tonight to go to the club.
